Delivery

Ethnic World SA currently delivers orders placed on Ethnic.ch within Switzerland. The delivery methods actually available, their charges and any applicable restrictions are displayed during checkout.

Swiss Post Priority

Standard parcels may be delivered by Swiss Post using the Priority service.

The indicative delivery time is 1-2 working days after dispatch. Where tracking is available, the relevant information is provided to the customer.

Planzer - pallet delivery

For certain large or heavy orders, delivery by Planzer on a pallet may be offered.

The indicative delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch. The conditions actually applicable to the order are shown during checkout.
