PrestaShop
The website uses session cookies and a PrestaShop cookie whose exact name may vary. Depending on the context, these cookies maintain the session, shopping cart, browsing preferences, authentication and other essential shop functions.

Google reCAPTCHA v3
Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used to protect selected forms against automated submissions and abuse, including registration, login, password recovery and the contact form. Google may receive technical information such as the IP address, browser characteristics and interaction signals in order to assess the risk of abuse. reCAPTCHA may use its own cookies or similar technologies. It is loaded only on protected forms.
4. Analytics cookies
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used only after you consent to the “Analytics cookies” category.
Before consent is given, the website's Google Analytics module is blocked. After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and produce website usage statistics.
The collected data is used to understand website traffic and usage in aggregate and to improve the website's operation and content.
5. Advertising cookies
At the date of this policy, the new website does not have Meta Pixel tracking, Google Ads remarketing or enhanced conversions, or Brevo marketing tracking enabled.

6. Brevo
The Brevo module is installed, but page tracking, cart tracking, Marketing Automation, automatic synchronisation, e-commerce features and SMTP are currently disabled.
7. Google Consent Mode v2
Ethnic.ch uses Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate the choices made in the cookie consent manager to Google services. Under the current configuration, Google Analytics is additionally blocked until Analytics cookies have been explicitly accepted.
8. Managing or withdrawing consent
On your first visit, you can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or customise your choices by category.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by using the fixed cookie-management button displayed on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting some necessary cookies may affect website functionality.
9. Retention periods
Cookie retention periods vary according to their purpose. The lgcookieslaw consent cookie is configured for approximately 12 months. PrestaShop session cookies generally expire at the end of a session or according to the shop configuration. Cookies placed by third-party services may have their own retention periods.

This policy may be updated when the services used by Ethnic.ch, their purposes or consent settings change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
